When will my Refurbished Equipment order ship?
Refurbished devices take 3-5 days to process through our biomed department and once completed will ship. Refurbished Cots take 3-4 weeks to process and will ship via freight transport. Process times can sometimes be shortened depending current orders in process. Expedited processing can potentially be accommodated upon request.
When will my Accessory, Supply, or New Equipment order ship?
In stock orders placed before 2:30 PST will ship the same day. Once the order has been picked
up by the carrier, tracking information will be emailed to the customer.
Do you guys charge taxes?
We only charge taxes to orders shipped within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of CA are tax exempt.
Do you guys ship internationally ?
We only ship within the United States for online orders. Equipment and items with lithium will not make it through customs. You can always call us to see if we can place your order over the phone and see what your options are.
How is shipping calculated?
We offer a flat rate depending on the items that are being purchased. The minimum starts at $16. This flat rate only applies to orders placed on the website.
How are items shipped on the website?
We ship via FedEx Ground. We can also ship via USPS or UPS if you want to send the items to a PO Box or PMB.
