Equipment: Coast accepts returns on equipment if returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned equipment orders will be charged a 30% restock fee. Equipment returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Supplies & Accessories: Coast accepts returns on supplies and accessories if returned within 30 days of the invoice date, still in the original packaging and in saleable condition. There is no restock fee if returned within 30 days and Coast does not accept returns after 30 days.

Claims: All orders are documented, weighed and carefully inspected prior to shipping. Coast Biomedical must be notified within 30 business days from receipt of shipment of any damages or shortages incurred. Damaged merchandise must be inspected by the carrier and Coast Biomedical’s customer service representative will assist in any way to rectify claims.
